Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chittoor for a Senior Solar Sales Specialist. The responsibilities include generating leads, managing sales processes, and building strong client relationships. The specialist will provide customer solutions, conduct product training, manage a sales pipeline, and collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets. Additionally, the individual will ensure excellent customer service and address customer inquiries effectively while supporting the overall growth of the company.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage clients and address their needs with a professional attitude.
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management with the ability to strategize and achieve sales targets consistently.
  • Experience in Training, enabling both team members and clients to better understand products and services.
  • Strong organizational, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in the renewable energy or solar industry will be an added advantage.
