Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in data/SQL testing, advanced SQL and QA skills and good knowledge of ETL and client-handling capabilities. The role involves leading end-to-end data testing initiatives, defining test strategies, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality data delivery across complex data platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end data testing activities across source, staging, and target systems.
- Define test strategy, test plans, and ensure proper test coverage.
- Review and approve test cases, execution results, and defect reports.
- Validate complex data transformations and perform advanced data quality checks.
- Mentor testers and ensure best testing practices are followed.
- Act as the primary client contact and provide regular status updates.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
Required Skills:
- 7-13 years of overall experience in SQL & Data Testing.
- Advanced SQL proficiency for data validation and analysis.
- Strong understanding of Data Warehousing concepts.
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing testing deliverables will be a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
