Job Title: Senior Software Tester — Playwright Automation
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Tester to join our remote software development team.
In this role, you will be responsible for testing web applications, creating automation scripts, identifying bugs, and improving overall software quality. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience with Playwright automation and should be highly skilled in using Claude Code to support testing, debugging, and automation workflows.
Location: 100% Remote
Working Hours: 48 hours per week
Salary: USD 1,800 – 2,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, maintain, and improve automated test scripts using Playwright
- Perform manual and automated testing for web applications
- Use Claude Code effectively for test creation, debugging, and workflow optimization
- Identify, document, and report bugs clearly
- Execute regression, functional, and end-to-end testing
- Work closely with developers to verify fixes and improve product quality
- Maintain accurate testing records and reports
- Support continuous improvement of QA processes
Requirements:
- Senior-level experience in software testing / QA
- Strong hands-on experience with Playwright automation
- Very good practical knowledge of Claude Code
- Experience testing web applications
- Good understanding of test cases, bug reporting, regression testing, and QA processes
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work 48 hours per week
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript
- Experience with API testing
- Experience using GitHub, Jira, or similar tools
- Knowledge of CI/CD testing pipelines
- Experience with cross-browser testing
