Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior Software Tester with strong expertise in both Manual and Automation Testing to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our applications. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of leading testing activities across the SDLC.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks and scripts
- Analyze requirements and prepare test plans, test scenarios, and test cases
- Identify, log, track, and verify defects using bug-tracking tools
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders
- Conduct API testing and database validation
- Mentor junior testers and review their work
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications- 6+ years of experience in Software Testing (Manual + Automation)
- Strong knowledge of SDLC & STLC
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.)
- Proficiency in test frameworks (TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, etc.)
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, Rest Assured)
- Knowledge of SQL and database testing
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Good to Have- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Knowledge of security testing
- Exposure to cloud-based applications
