Job Description
As a Verification Specialist, you will be designing, implementing, and executing integration, verification, and automation test strategies for SMF/UPF/AMF products to ensure high-quality releases.
Your job scope will include facilitating testbed topology changes to reflect customer deployment profiles and enable successful product testing. You will be required to develop or utilize existing tools and techniques to verify new product features.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Design, implement and execute integration, verification, and automation test strategies for the NOKIA's AMF/MME/SMF/UPF PaCo Products, ensuring delivery of high-quality product releases.
- Assist in the implementation of changes to testbed topologies towards successful testing of product features and accurately reflect customer deployment profiles required align with market usage.
- Utilize existing or will need to create new tools, techniques, and strategies to verify the functionality of the newly introduced product features.
- Cooperate with technical experts to achieve the clear targets for the project.
Key Skills And Experience
You have:
- A B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech or equivalent degree with 8+ years of Industry experience in 4G/5G core, specifically around testing SMF/UPF/AMF/MME Network Elements
- Experience in scripting (Python or Bash) for test automation
- Very good understanding of 3GPP standards for 4G and 5G packet core networks and call-flows
- Hands-on experience inContinuous Integration/Delivery frameworks such as Jenkins and virtualization technologies (Kubernetes, OpenStack)
- Experience in System / Stress / Performance testing
- Hands-on experience in setting-up/ maintaining remote labs
It would be nice if you had:
- Hands-on usage of AI to solve engineering problems.
- Good understanding of system design and scale related bottlenecks
- Understanding of Linux-based operating systems.
