Role Description:

We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer with deep

TypeScript expertise for large-scale automation transformation.

This role primarily focuses on systematically migrating extensive legacy automation suites into our

modern Playwright framework. You will ensure legacy logic is refactored into efficient, type-safe,

and high-performance scripts.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Migration: Lead the systematic migration of legacy automation logic into an established

TypeScript/Playwright framework.

Code Refactoring: Leverage TypeScript's type-safety and Playwright's native features to replace

legacy "waits" and brittle locators.

Architecture Alignment: Ensure all migrated scripts adhere to established design patterns and utilize

shared TypeScript interfaces and utilities.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree (B.Tech / B.E.) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a

related engineering field.

5+ years in Test Automation with deep experience in both Selenium and Playwright.

Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript (Async/Await, Interfaces, and Generics).

Nice to Have: Experience with Mobile Automation (Appium, Playwright Mobile, or similar) to support

future cross-platform initiatives.
