Key Responsibilities:
- Validate end-to-end lifecycles for GICs, Mutual Funds (MF), ETFs, and Transfers IN/OUT processes
- Act as primary point of contact (POC) collaborating with BAs, Developers, and Stakeholders
- Execute individual testing while clearly articulating complex investment workflows
- Manage full QA lifecycles including test planning, execution, and defect management
- Handle production defects, define exit criteria, and meet aggressive delivery timelines
- Review API response codes and contribute to automation framework enhancements
Required Experience & Skills:
- Strong Capital Markets domain knowledge (GICs, MFs, ETFs lifecycle expertise)
- Proven experience managing QA challenges: unclear requirements, non-reproducible defects
- 5+ years in functional testing with fixed-timeline delivery track record
- Excellent communication for stakeholder interaction and requirement clarification
- Familiarity with automation frameworks and Java concepts
- Experience defining QA exit criteria
Preferred:
- API testing experience (response code analysis)
- Production defect management in investment platforms
