About the Role:

Responsibilities:

. Lead the design and execution of complex automated test cases.

. Develop and maintain test automation and scripts.

. Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices.

. Analyze test results and identify opportunities for test coverage improvements.

. Participate in code reviews and collaborate with developers on testing strategies.

. Execute performance and load testing using appropriate tools.

. Implement automated regression testing into CI/CD pipelines.

. Troubleshoot and resolve intricate automation challenges.

. Document test processes and outcomes for future reference.

. Contribute to the continuous improvement of test methodologies and procedures.

. Collaborate with product owners and business analysts in defining the functional acceptance criteria.

Skills:

. Advanced Programming: Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Typescript.

. Complex Test Design: Ability to design and implement sophisticated test scenarios.

. Test Automation Architecture: In-depth knowledge of automation frameworks using Playwright, Jest and vilest.

. Expertise in leveraging Coding Agents like GitHub Copilot and Claude code.

. Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address automation issues.

. Continuous Integration: Advanced understanding of CI/CD tools like Azure Devops pipelines or GitHub Actions.

. Collaboration: Excellent team collaboration and communication skills.

. Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in Software Engineering has worked with a range of technologies

. Has knowledge of best practices and aware of the competition and market differentiators

. Solves complex technical problems exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
