Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Understand user requirements and translate to technical design and related artifacts
- Contributes to Features/User stories and ensure high quality of deliverables
- Conduct and participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices to maintain code quality.
- Support in project estimation, planning and risk management activities
- Acts as the technical coach for a team, being recognized and approached by team members for expertise and guidance, ensures consistent application of best practices and high standards across projects.
- Stays current with emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating new tools and methodologies to improve development processes and product quality.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including product owners, designers, and QA engineers, to define, design, and ship new features, ensuring alignment with project goals and user needs.
- Resolves a wide range of moderate complexity requests in creative ways, demonstrating good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
We are looking for someone with
- Bachelor/Master of Engineering in the field of Computer Science or equivalent
- Overall, 8+ years of experience
- Strong knowledge and experience in Object Oriented Design and Development
- Expert in design patterns and its practical applications
- Should be hands on and have strong knowledge of C# .Net core and frontend framework preferably Angular
- Experience in Microservices architecture & cloud related tech stack (preferably AWS)
- Strong abstraction, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Working experience in Agile/SAFe development methodologies
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to take ownership of team goals and deliver with quality and within required timeline
- Ability to innovate and foster innovation

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companyu2019s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companyu2019s main facilities, generally at the customersu2019 or suppliersu2019 locations.
