Senior Software Technologist I

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Understand user requirements and translate to technical design and related artifacts
• Contributes to Features/User stories and ensure high quality of deliverables
• Conduct and participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices to maintain code quality.
• Support in project estimation, planning and risk management activities
• Acts as the technical coach for a team, being recognized and approached by team members for expertise and guidance, ensures consistent application of best practices and high standards across projects.
• Stays current with emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating new tools and methodologies to improve development processes and product quality.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including product owners, designers, and QA engineers, to define, design, and ship new features, ensuring alignment with project goals and user needs.
• Resolves a wide range of moderate complexity requests in creative ways, demonstrating good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.

We are looking for someone with

• Bachelor/Master of Engineering in the field of Computer Science or equivalent
• Overall, 8+ years of experience
• Strong knowledge and experience in Object Oriented Design and Development
• Expert in design patterns and its practical applications
• Should be hands on and have strong knowledge of C# .Net core and frontend framework preferably Angular
• Experience in Microservices architecture & cloud related tech stack (preferably AWS)
• Strong abstraction, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Working experience in Agile/SAFe development methodologies
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to take ownership of team goals and deliver with quality and within required timeline
• Ability to innovate and foster innovation

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companyu2019s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companyu2019s main facilities, generally at the customersu2019 or suppliersu2019 locations.
