Senior Software Technical Consultant (C++, Creo)

Looking for a highly motivated individual with exceptional talent ready to join the Creo Parametric Data Exchange team in Pune, leading a team of engineers. The role involves both technical and people management responsibilities for a cross-functional team of software engineers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of software engineers working on Creo Parametric Data Exchange.
• Develop Creo Neutral format for data exchange in Creo Parametric (bi-directional - export and import).
• Develop GPI wrapper APIs for Neutral changes.
• Work on import and export of 3D formats in Creo Parametric such as SOLIDWORKS, CATIA V5, NX, etc.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources effectively.
• Conduct performance reviews and support the professional growth of team members.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in software development and data exchange.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of C and C++.
• Experience with import and export of 3D formats in Creo Parametric.
• Knowledge of CAD kernels like Parasolid, Granite, ACIS, CAA is an added advantage.
• Proven experience in leading and managing software engineering teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
