Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer, based in Bengaluru. The role involves performing manual testing, ensuring software quality and compliance with standards, and collaborating closely with development teams to identify and address issues. The responsibilities include executing test scenarios, identifying bugs, and ensuring that software products meet client expectations. Regular in-office attendance will be required, complemented by work-from-home flexibility as per organizational policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience
• Proven expertise in Software Quality and Software Quality Assurance practices
• Extensive experience in Manual Testing and identifying critical software defects
• Familiarity with Software Development lifecycle and collaboration with development teams
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in Agile methodologies is a plus
• Certifications in software testing, such as ISTQB, are highly desirable
