What you'll be doing:
Manage the software creation and delivery of NVIDIA's DRIVE OS, AVOS and NDAS programs in the long term support phase, specially all NDAS customer programs which are entering mass production with Orin SoCs.
Track all known technical issues (bugs) reported on the ongoing engineering programs as well as field returns. Coordinate the root cause analysis behind the issues.
Track bug fixes, feature improvements, safety and security patches that need to be rolled out for all customer programs. Prioritize fixes across upcoming releases, track testing and validation and ensure on-time completion of all product release requirements (incl. safety certification and all relevant documentation).
Align with NDAS, AVOS and DriveOS product management teams to establish a long-term (12+ months) release and feature plan for each of the main SW components.
Coordinate with cross functional teams in India, Europe, U.S. and South Korea to resolve program issues and drive product launches.
Support customer teams in the planning and introduction of new SW releases for each customer program.
Act as the first point ofcontact and first level of escalation for our customer programs and internal senior leadership, providing regular updates and bringing management focus on important issues.
What we need to see:
General knowledge about Artificial Intelligence, LLMs, Transformers, CPU/GPU architectures, etc.
General knowledge of program management concepts (task planning, agile methodologies, risk management, etc.)
Degree from a leading university or equivalent experience in an engineering or computer science related field (BS MS or PhD).
6+ years of work experience in automotive software development. Preferablyon ADAS and AV.
Understanding ofautonomousvehiclesystems, sensor technologies, vehicle bus communication standards, SoCs and embedded software principles.
GeneralknowledgeofC/C++/Python,QNXand/or Linux OS.
Understanding of build pipelines, repositories, CI/CD, containerization, etc.
Proven experienceof having led complex automotive programsto series production.
Excellent communication and organization skills, good time management, and task prioritization .
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Experience with Automotive SPICE, ISO26262, 21448 standards.
Hands on experience developing complex embedded C++ based systems.
