Role Overview:
Our client is looking for strong backend engineers to build and scale their core platform.
You will work on high-impact systems powering enterprise-grade, AI-driven automation across large-scale SaaS environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build scalable, multi-tenant SaaS systems
- Develop high-performance backend services and APIs
- Contribute to or lead distributed system architecture decisions
- Improve reliability, observability, scalability, and performance
- Build cloud-native systems on AWS/GCP/Azure
- Collaborate with product, data, and AI teams to deliver robust solutions
- Uphold strong engineering standards across testing, CI/CD, and code quality
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of backend software engineering experience in product/SaaS companies
- Strong proficiency in Python, Node.js, or similar backend technologies
- Solid understanding of distributed systems and system design principles
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong fundamentals in scalability, performance, and clean architecture
- Experience building and maintaining production-grade systems
- Demonstrated ownership of architecture decisions
- Deep expertise in designing scalable distributed systems
- Experience mentoring senior engineers and driving engineering standards
- Ability to influence technical direction across teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to AI/ML systems, LLMs, or workflow automation platforms
- Experience in high-growth startup environments
- Strong DevOps and CI/CD experience
