Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Software Engineering Manager. The role involves delivering high-quality, scalable solutions. Responsibilities may include overseeing the entire software development lifecycle, designing and implementing systems, managing distributed systems, and coordinating project timelines to meet organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Software Development and Software Design to build and enhance scalable and efficient systems
• MERN stack expertise or willing to up-skill within 3 weeks
• Experience in Distributed Systems design and architecture
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Demonstrated ability to work in a remote and collaborative environment
• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or behavioral science is a plus
