Role Summary

We are looking for a highly technical Senior Software Engineering Manager with 1015 years of experience who has grown from a strong software development background into technical leadership roles.

This role requires deep technical expertise, strong architectural understanding, and the ability to guide engineering teams in building scalable, high-quality software systems.

Data Science or ML experience is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the technical architecture and engineering direction of key systems
• Drive end-to-end technical execution from design to production
• Review code, architecture, and engineering standards
• Ensure adherence to SDLC and engineering best practices
• Guide senior developers and technical leads in design decisions
• Support production deployments and resolve critical technical issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure technically sound delivery

Required Skills & Experience

• 1015 years of hands-on software development experience
• Strong foundation as Senior Developer / Tech Lead / Architect
• Deep understanding of system design, architecture, and software engineering principles
• Experience working on scalable, enterprise-grade systems
• Solid exposure to SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Ability to evaluate complex technical solutions and code quality
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence)
