Senior Software Engineering Manager

Whom Are We Looking For

• Strong hands-on programming expertise in C++ or any other modern programming language
• Experience designing and managing microservices-based architectures
• Deep understanding of AWS cloud services and scalable distributed systems
• Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration
• Expertise in CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
• Experience managing production systems, monitoring, incident management, and RCA processes
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, design patterns, testing, and debugging
• Proven experience leading engineering teams and driving delivery ownership
• Experience working in Agile and DevOps-driven environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to work across global teams
