Primary Responsibilities:

  • Technical Strategy & Architecture
    • Architect scalable, secure, and resilient systems across full business and technology stacks
    • Lead the design and development of reusable components and frameworks adopted across multiple teams and products
    • Drive modernization through cloud-native architecture, automation-first principles, and DevOps best practices
    • Champion instrumentation, diagnostics, and maintainability in all engineering efforts
    • Plan and drive responsible AI adoption from project inception to production delivery
  • Engineering Excellence
    • Own delivery of high-impact, cross-functional projects with a focus on performance, maintainability, and business value
    • Lead the implementation of modern software engineering practices including CI/CD, agile delivery, and code reuse strategies
    • Proactively manage technical debt and continuously improve system design and operational efficiency
    • Evaluate and apply emerging technologies to enhance product capabilities and development velocity
    • Generative AI, Agentic AI and SDLC AI experience is plus
  • Leadership & Mentorship
    • Act as a mentor and SME, guiding engineers in architecture, design patterns, and modern development practices
    • Foster a growth mindset and inclusive culture through coaching, delegation, and engagement management
    • Lead initiatives that improve team delivery, solution outcomes, and engineering maturity
  • Customer & Business Impact
    • Engage with users and stakeholders to understand care delivery needs, customer pain points, and business objectives
    • Drive improvements in user experience, customer satisfaction (SUS/NPS), and operational metrics
    • Influence digital and channel strategies by designing solutions that span multiple platforms and touchpoints
    • Recommend and implement technology solutions that optimize business processes and reduce redundancies
    • Innovation & Thought Leadership
    • Break down complex problems into actionable insights using systems thinking and critical analysis
    • Lead the adoption of AI/ML, data-driven decision-making, and innovative technologies
    • Influence stakeholders/partners with ideas that drive measurable business value and strategic transformation
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 9+ years of experience in software engineering with a proven track record of leading complex projects and teams
  • Hands-on experience with Azure/GCP Cloud services including deployment, monitoring, and scaling of cloud-native applications
  • Demonstrated experience in mentoring, coaching, and developing engineering talent
  • Solid understanding of software design patterns, system architecture, and full-stack development
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies
  • Proficient in Java, Spring boot, Microservices for backend development and API integration, enabling robust data processing and service orchestration and ReacJS for UI development (frontend)
  • Proven excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven hands-on expertise in frontend technologies like React, TypeScript, or similar
  • Proven solid business acumen with the ability to align technology with strategic goals

Preferred Qualification:

  • Experience with AI/ML frameworks and data engineering
