About the Role

The role involves ensuring the delivery of high-quality software that complies with Xebia coding standards and contributing to the architecture and design of the team's development work.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all software delivered is of a high quality and complies with Xebia coding standards.
• Ensure agreed upon development processes, procedures and best practices are adopted and followed.
• Contribute to the architecture and design of the team's development work and ensure it is fit for purpose.
• Identify, communicate and help mitigate risks.
• Identify, promote, implement and adopt relevant industry best practices, processes and technologies.
• Contribute to the coding and development of feature work.

Qualifications: B.Tech/BE/MCA

Experience Required: 7-10 Yrs

Mandatory Skills, Knowledge or Experience:

• A proven track record developing large-scale, enterprise level applications in a commercial environment.
• Solid experience/knowledge of an enterprise level relational database management system (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Proficient with the Microsoft .NET framework and development environment including .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework and Visual Studio.
• Experience of web-based client-side technologies (ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, etc.).
• Experience of working with a version control system such as Git.
• Experience of working with Delivery tools such as Azure Devops.
• Experience of working with Delivery Automation mechanisms such as Azure Devops Pipelines, Jenkins, etcetera.
• A high understanding of Object Oriented Programming and Design.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Driven, proactive, positive attitude.
