What you will do:
- Administer and manage VMware infrastructure, including vSphere and vCenter environments
- Provision, configure, monitor, and maintain virtual machines (VMs)
- Manage and maintain Active Directory services, including Domain Controllers, user accounts, group policies, and access controls
- Handle Windows Server administration, including patch management and updates via WSUS
- Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server instances
- Monitor system performance, ensure system availability, and troubleshoot issues
- Perform routine system backups and recovery operations
- Maintain system documentation and standard operating procedures
What you need:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree
- 4-10 years of experience
- Strong hands-on experience with VMware (vSphere, vCenter)
- Solid knowledge of virtual machine lifecycle management
- Good understanding of Active Directory, Domain Controllers, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Windows Server environments and WSUS patch management
- Fundamental understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, LAN/WAN)
- Basic awareness of ISO/ISMS 27001 standards and security best practices
