Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, implement, and document product features for the CCaaS platform.
Build, test, and deploy scalable solutions impacting Walmart associates globally.
Collaborate with Walmart engineering teams across geographies to share expertise and contribute to the tech community.
Engage with Product Management to define priorities and deliver high-quality products.
Contribute to both front-end and back-end development, managing end-to-end requirements.
Work closely with Architects to ensure solutions meet established Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) standards.
