Senior Software Engineer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer Java to join our backend development team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Core Java, Spring Boot, Micro services, and other backend technologies. You will be responsible for designing and implementing robust backend systems, building scalable microservices, and integrating databases like MySQL and MongoDB to ensure high performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient and scalable backend systems using Core Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and maintain Micro services architecture to support the functionality of large-scale systems.
• Implement data persistence using Hibernate, JPA, and relational/non-relational databases like MySQL and MongoDB.
• Develop, test, and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless communication between frontend and backend services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to design and deliver efficient backend solutions.
• Optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability.
• Work on performance tuning, security, and monitoring of applications.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner to ensure smooth operation of backend services.
• Maintain and enhance the current architecture to improve code quality, performance, and reliability.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and secure coding principles.

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Core Java and the Spring Boot framework.
• Experience with Micro services architecture and design patterns.
• Expertise in Hibernate and JPA for data management.
• Proficient in relational databases like MySQL and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
• Strong understanding of J2EE (Java Enterprise Edition) technologies.
• Hands-on experience in REST API design, development, and integration.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control tools like Git.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Experience with Agile methodologies for software development.

Qualifications:

• Only B.Tech/M.Tech candidates required
• 4 to 7 years of professional experience in Java backend development.
• Proven experience in Spring Boot, Micro services, and REST API integration.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex backend challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
