Senior Software Engineer

P1C3STSWe are looking for a DevOps Engineer with an automation-first mindset to join our engineering team. You will lead the effort in modernizing our platforms by integrating AI-driven efficiency tools and optimizing traditional DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Automation: Reduce manual effort through scripting and repeatable tooling, focusing on continuous improvement in CI/CD and infrastructure delivery.12

AI/MLOps Integration: Leverage your understanding of the AI ecosystem to integrate open-source AI tools and frameworks into existing workflows, such as MCP (Model Context Protocol) implementations.1

Reliability Engineering: Implement robust monitoring and alerting for AI components and standard application services to ensure uptime and performance.1Documentation & Standards: Maintain high-quality operational documentation and runbooks that account for both standard infrastructure and AI-component behaviors.2

4–5 years of DevOps/Engineering experience.Strong fundamentals in Linux, networking, and troubleshooting.2

Familiarity with the AI ecosystem and model architectures.1Proven ability to own and deliver operational improvements (automation, monitoring, reliability) Knowledge of AI architecture, components, and end-to-end workflows. Core Banking is Mandatory

Experience with RAG, Vector Databases, Agentic AI, MCP, Google ADK, Microsoft Semantic Kernel, PGVector, LLMs, and model fine-tuning.

Good understanding of the AI ecosystem, including open-source tools and frameworks.
