Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Backend Node.js Developer with over 6 years of experience to build and maintain scalable, high-performance server-side applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing robust APIs, working on microservices architecture, ensuring system reliability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and efficient backend solutions aligned with business needs.
Responsibilities
- Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications using Node.js and related frameworks (e.g., Express.js, NestJS).
- API Development & Integration: Build secure, scalable RESTful/GraphQL APIs and integrate with third-party services.
- Microservices Architecture: Develop and manage microservices, ensuring scalability, fault tolerance, and maintainability.
- Database Management: Design and optimize databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and handle data modeling and performance tuning.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and improve application performance, scalability, and response times.
- Code Quality & Best Practices: Write clean, maintainable code, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards.
- Security & Compliance: Implement authentication, authorization, and data protection best practices (OAuth, JWT, encryption).
- Collaboration & Support: Work closely with frontend, QA, DevOps, and product teams; support deployments and production issues.
