Job Description
3-5 years of professional experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, UI/Visual Designer, or similar role.
Expert-level proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto layout, prototyping, design systems).
Familiarity with common design handoff workflows (e.g., Figma Inspect, annotations).
Design & UX Skills
Strong understanding of UX fundamentals: user research methods, information architecture, interaction design, and usability principles.
Strong visual design skills, including layout, typography, color theory, and brand application.
Ability to create interactive prototypes to communicate flows and interactions.
Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS, React concepts) to facilitate better collaboration with engineering. Design responsive experiences across desktop, web, and mobile where applicable
