About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Software Engineer with experience in Video Streaming, OTT Platforms, Cloud Technologies, and AI-assisted Product Development.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning product development from requirement gathering to production deployment. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Delivery, and Customer teams to

design, build, and launch scalable solutions that solve real-world business problems.

The ideal candidate understands both technology and product thinking and can effectively leverage AI tools to improve development speed, quality, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development & Ownership

• Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

• Participate in product discovery, architecture discussions, and implementation planning.

• Build production-grade products that are scalable, maintainable, secure, and operationally ready.

• Take ownership of features and products through the complete lifecycle—from requirements to

deployment and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, Support, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful

delivery and adoption.

Video Streaming & OTT Platform Development

• Design and develop components related to video streaming and OTT workflows.

• Work on content ingestion, transcoding, storage, delivery, playback, and analytics systems.

• Contribute to VOD, Live Streaming, Linear Channels, and content management solutions.

• Understand and troubleshoot streaming workflows across Web, Mobile, Android TV, Apple TV, Roku,

Samsung, and LG platforms.

AI-Assisted Engineering

• Utilize AI-powered development tools to improve engineering productivity.

• Leverage modern AI tools for coding, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and automation.

• Contribute to AI-enabled features and internal productivity improvements.

• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to apply them within products

and engineering processes.

Cloud & Platform Engineering

• Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs.

• Work with cloud-native architectures and modern deployment practices.

• Contribute to system architecture, observability, reliability, and performance improvements.

• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and cost-efficient.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of software engineering experience in product-based environments.

• Experience contributing to products from requirements gathering through production deployment.

• Strong backend development skills using one or more of:

• Node.js

• Golang

• Python

• Java

• Experience with AWS cloud services.

• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.

• Strong understanding of APIs, databases, distributed systems, and software architecture principles.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
