Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer who is exceptional at Python development, FastAPI, and system design & architecture. The ideal candidate has built products from scratch, worked in early-stage startup environments, and preferably has experience as a Founder/Co-Founder or Founding Engineer

Location- Bangalore, HSR Layout -Onsite

Experience - 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and development of scalable backend systems
• Build high-performance APIs using Python & FastApi
• Drive technical strategy, engineering best practices, and long-term architectural decisions
• Work closely with product, design, and leadership teams to drive 01 product development
• Own systems from conception to deployment, ensuring reliability, performance, and security
• Mentor and guide engineering teams in coding standards, design patterns, and distributed systems

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in backend engineering with strong hands-on Python skills
• Deep expertise in FastAPI, API design, microservices, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure
• Proven experience working in early-stage startups—building systems/products from scratch
• Experience as a Founder, Co-Founder, Founding Engineer, or key early team member is highly preferred
• Strong foundation in system design, architecture, scalability, and high-performance systems
• Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced, zero-to-one startup environments
