We work on very ambitious projects.

1. 6 days a week, 9 hours/day
2. Fully remote
3. More often than not, you will work beyond 9 hours

If you are NOT deeply passionate about coding and systems, this role will not be a good fit.

1. Build and ship production-grade MERN systems
2. Architect multi-agent AI workflows (orchestration, memory, tools)
3. Own DevOps and infrastructure: deployments, CI/CD, monitoring
4. Design scalable APIs, async pipelines, and clear system boundaries
5. Debug production issues under pressure
6. Make and own architectural decisions

1. MERN stack
2. AI / Agents: LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, custom orchestration
3. DevOps: Docker, CI/CD pipelines, AWS / GCP / DigitalOcean

1. Genuine love for coding
2. Experience shipping real production systems
3. Strong systems thinker with solid engineering fundamentals
4. Comfortable owning infrastructure and deployments
5. High ownership, high stamina, high standards
