Roles & Responsibilities

Partner with development teams to design scalable, highly resilient cloud systems.
Build automation for large-scale service deployments using industry-standard tools.
Participate in incident response and disaster recovery processes.
Build alerts, dashboards, and monitoring systems to ensure 24/7 service availability.
Implement best practices for secure infrastructure management.
Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members.
Manage projects and processes, delegating work and reviewing deliverables.
Analyze complex problems that may span multiple systems, platforms, or job areas.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding operational policies and procedures.
