Mandatory Skills

Qualifications / Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
4.5+ years of experience developing software for complex systems or computerized products.
Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, and scripting languages (Python, Shell).
Design, develop, and execute automated test tools like Selenium WebDriver
Build and maintain reusable, scalable, and reliable automation frameworks
Automate functional, regression, and smoke test cases
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
Perform manual testing when required, especially for exploratory and edgecase scenarios
Working knowledge of DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Artifactory.
Interest in developing solutions using cloud and edge technologies.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence.
Experience working in a scaled agile environment.
Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing roles and responsibilities.

Desired Characteristics

Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in the medical industry, particularly in medical imaging and visualization application development.
Familiarity with GE Healthcare engineering tools and processes (PRD, QMS).
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
Ability to develop innovative concepts and solutions for complex products.
Experience working in a global team environment and cross-functional product development teams.

Other Requirements

Work location is @ GEHC's JFWTC campus in Bangalore.
SW Partner would absorb the loss of productivity for GE in case of outages of long duration/vacation of SW Partner's resources.
SW Partner accurately tracks and reports time sheets of team members on weekly basis.
