Senior Software Engineer

We are hiring Camunda Engineers for a high-priority BFSI program focused on workflow orchestration and automation. The role involves building modern, cloud-based backend systems using Camunda 8 and microservices architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop workflow orchestration solutions using Camunda BPMN & DMN
• Build and implement workflows on Camunda 8 platform
• Integrate Camunda with:
• REST APIs
• Event-driven systems (Kafka / RabbitMQ)
• Develop backend services using Java and Spring Boot
• Support migration of legacy BPM workflows to Camunda
• Deploy and manage workflows in cloud environments
• Monitor workflows and improve performance, scalability, and reliability
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Camunda (Camunda 7/8)
• Hands-on with BPMN & DMN
• Good knowledge of Java and Spring Boot
• Understanding of microservices & distributed systems
• Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Exposure to workflow orchestration concepts

Good to Have

• Docker and Kubernetes
• Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk)
• Experience working on Camunda migration projects
