We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer (5-8 years experience) to join our high-performance engineering team. You are a polyglot developer with deep expertise in Java, Golang, or Ruby, committed to technical excellence through XP practices and clean code.

You will not only use AI coding companions like Cursor to accelerate your own output but will also be responsible for architecting and implementing autonomous agentic workflows and LLM-integrated services. Job Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience in backend development using Java, Golang, or Ruby.
- Deep-rooted experience with XP (Extreme Programming), TDD, and Clean Code principles.
- Hands-on expertise in GCP, AWS, or Azure, including CI/CD (Pipeline as Code) and IaC (Terraform/Pulumi).
- Proven exposure to building or integrating Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or PydanticAI). Understanding of agentic patterns like planning, tool-use, and multi-agent orchestration.
- Mandatory proficiency with AI-assisted development tools (e.g.,Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Windsurf) to optimize the SDLC.
- Architectural Thinking: Ability to design scalable systems that handle non-deterministic AI outputs and complex state management.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable services that integrate LLMs and autonomous agents to solve complex business logic.
- Build and manage cloud environments optimized for AI workloads, ensuring seamless deployment of agentic microservices.
- Advance DevOps maturity by implementing Agentic Automation within CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure management.
- Advocate for Clean Code and XP while guiding the team on how to maintain high-quality standards in an AI-generated code era.
