Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Software Engineer / Technical Lead to design, build, and deliver scalable features across the stack. The role involves working with React, Python APIs, and PostgreSQL, along with exposure to CI/CD, cloud, and basic SRE practices. Ideal for candidates with strong ownership, leadership capability, and a product-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Build UI components using ReactJS
• Develop and maintain Python APIs (FastAPI/Flask/Django)
• Write and optimize PostgreSQL queries and schemas
• Contribute to Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
• Perform code reviews, documentation, and design discussions
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA teams
• Support logging, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting

Must-Have Skills

• Strong fundamentals in DSA, REST APIs, Git
• ReactJS, Python, PostgreSQL
• Shell scripting (UNIX)
• Azure DevOps basics
• Unit testing, secure coding practices
• Stakeholder management & team leadership exposure

Good to Have

• TypeScript, Docker, Azure Cloud
• OAuth/JWT, Redis, Messaging systems
• Observability tools, security best practices
• Exposure to AI/ML projects
