As a ServiceNow Senior Software Engineer/Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in implementation of ServiceNow solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise and problem-solving mindset to drive innovation and efficiency. Your role might require frequent interaction with client a

Responsibilities:-

• Lead the Implementation of ServiceNow platform and ITSM/CSM/FSM/App Engine module with Integrations

• Collaborate with clients to gather detailed technical requirements.

• Understand client's business requirements and processes and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.

• Develop complex scripts and business rules to automate workflows.

• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems, ensuring seamless data flow.

• Optimize system performance and conduct code reviews.

• Prepare comprehensive technical documentation and project reports.

• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and development.

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript.

• Experience with integration protocols (e.g., REST, SOAP APIs).

• Excellent communication skills for effective client interactions.

• Understanding of AI, ML, GenAI. and ITIL Certification Preferred

Exp: 4+ Years in ServiceNow

Module: CSM, FSM, App Engine(Integrations Exp required)

Key Skills must have: Very good Hands-on experience on implementation projects, Scripting, integrations, and very good communication skills.
