We are looking for a strong Senior/Lead ReactJS Engineers to join our engineering team in Pune. The primary responsibility will be to lead the design and develop Enterprise Software for our Global Fortune 500 clients in Data Center and Big Data segments.
Location: Baner, Pune - Maharashtra ( WFO Only)
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js.
- Lead technical discussions and drive best practices in front-end development.
- Architect and implement reusable and modular UI components.
- Optimize application performance and ensure high-quality user experience.
- Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs seamlessly.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers to improve their technical capabilities.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in React.js and front-end development.
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in React.js, Redux, and TypeScript.
- In-depth knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with state management libraries like Redux, Zustand, or Recoil.
- Proficiency in front-end build tools like Webpack, Babel, and Vite.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Strong understanding of component-driven architecture and micro frontends.
- Experience with performance optimization and accessibility best practices.
- Knowledge of front-end testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
- Proficiency in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
Good to Have:
- Experience with server-side rendering frameworks like Next.js.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with backend technologies like Node.js or Python.
- Knowledge of containerization and DevOps practices.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
