What you'll do:

Ensure code quality through unit testing, reviews, and best practices

Drive continuous improvement in development processes and standards

What we're looking for:

7+ years of experience in application development

Strong expertise in Kotlin

Experience leading technical solutions and translating business requirements into technical designs

Hands-on with version control, testing frameworks, and performance optimization

Strong collaboration and communication skills
