Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior Tableau Developer to design and deliver advanced data visualizations that drive business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Tableau's advanced features, strong SQL skills, and proven experience managing Tableau environments. This role requires someone who can work closely with stakeholders, optimize performance, and mentor junior developersall while being able to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex Tableau dashboards with advanced functionality.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Manage Tableau Server/Online including security, publishing workflows, and performance optimization.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
Required Skills
- Advanced Tableau Expertise: Parameters, Sets, and modifying them via Dashboard Actions.
- Data Control: Strong understanding of filter types, order of operations, and LOD calculations.
- Visualization Features: Building custom maps and implementing URL actions.
- Data Management: Proficiency with extracts, incremental refresh, and Tableau Bridge for live on-premises connections.
- Technical Background: 5+ years of experience as a Tableau Developer with strong SQL and data warehousing knowledge.
- Tableau Professional Certification is a plus.
