About the Role

This role is designed for engineers who have hands-on experience building Healthcare IT products in regulated clinical or healthcare environments. The work involves real-world healthcare platforms where reliability, compliance, audit readiness, and data safety are core engineering concerns.

Due to the clinical and regulated nature of the platform, prior Healthcare IT experience is a key requirement for success in this role.

We are a Healthcare IT product startup building a large-scale, modular, clinical-grade healthcare platform used across patient care, clinical operations, billing, inventory, alerts, reporting, and device integrations.

Our platform operates in regulated healthcare environments, where usability, uptime, data safety, audit readiness, and scalability are non-negotiable. The engineering work goes far beyond generic enterprise or consumer software and requires strong domain understanding of healthcare systems.

This position is a strong fit for engineers who have:

• 47+ years of professional engineering experience
• Hands-on experience with Healthcare IT, clinical software, or regulated healthcare systems
• Experience building and maintaining production-grade healthcare platforms (not proof-of-concepts)
• Comfort working in audit-aware, compliance-driven environments
• A strong understanding of long-term product architecture, scalability, and system evolution

Engineers without prior Healthcare IT or clinical software experience may find this role challenging due to the regulated and domain-specific nature of the work.
