Job Description

Module Lead Data & BI Support

Experience: 3-5 Years

  • Own and resolve L2/L3 incidents and change requests across SQL Server, Power BI, SSIS, and SSAS within agreed SLAs, including root cause analysis and permanent fixes.
  • Design and optimise complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions; maintain and troubleshoot SSIS SSAS tabular/multidimensional models.
  • Monitor and track tickets, manage workload, and mentor junior team members on best practices.
  • Communicate with customer stakeholder and end users for RCA findings and fix as per timelines clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Participate in weekly client review calls; present support metrics covering SLA adherence, ticket volumes, open ageing items, and trends.
  • Manage release activities including code peer review, UAT and production deployments, and post-deployment validation.
  • Maintain a knowledge base of solutions, known errors, and workarounds, proactively flag risks, skill gaps, and training needs to the Project Manager.
