Role: Senior Software Developer

Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)

Contract Duration: Long-term Contract

Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)

Location: Hybrid x days onsite (Wednesday/Thursday) - Hyderabad, India

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer with 7+ years of experience building scalable, cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, AWS, API development, and distributed systems.

This role will design and develop scalable backend services, REST APIs, asynchronous integrations, and cloud-based solutions. The engineer will work with AWS services, messaging platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and modern engineering practices while supporting production systems and mentoring junior developers.

Key Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience
• Strong hands-on Java and Spring Boot
• Experience building microservices and distributed systems
• Strong AWS cloud experience
• REST API and API Gateway development
• Experience with Kafka, SQS, RabbitMQ, or other messaging platforms
• CI/CD and automated testing experience
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0 and OIDC
• Exposure to AI tools/technologies such as Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, LLMs, or MCP
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and production support experience

Preferred: Python, Node.js, JavaScript, Splunk, Dynatrace, Apigee, Okta, and AWS CloudFormation.
