Participate in the design and development of financial backend systems, such as payment, payout, channel integration, and fund security modules.
Contribute to the architecture design and development of high-concurrency, high-availability, and high-performance systems.
Design and develop system modules with stringent requirements for fund security, data security, and disaster recovery capabilities.
Integrate channels and gateways across regions including Southeast Asia and Latin America.
Provide payment and payout capabilities for businesses such as e-commerce, DP (Digital Payments), food delivery, and ShopeePay.
Proactively learn and apply AI tools to rapidly improve daily work efficiency and quality.
Collaborate with multinational teams to provide solutions to business problems.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, information engineering, or related majors with in-depth understanding of computer science fundamentals (data structures and algorithms, operating systems, networks, databases, etc).
At least 3 years of full time working experience with backend systems and development experience.
Strong proficiency in Golang, Python, or Java
Proficiency or previous experience with core middleware such as MySQL, Redis, and Kafka.
Familiarity with Linux systems, with prior experience in performance troubleshooting and optimization.
Prior experience in payment systems or fund processing systems prior experience in e-commerce or e-wallet systems is a plus.
Strong team collaboration skills, proactive communication, and self-driven problem-solving ability.
