Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM solutions.
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Scheduled Jobs.
- Configure and manage ServiceNow ITSM modules and Service Catalog components.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices, coding standards, and perform code reviews.
- Support platform activities including testing, upgrades, cloning, and administration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable automation and integration solutions.
- Maintain CMDB configurations and support CMDB/CSDM-related activities.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and support ongoing enhancements and optimization initiatives.
- Participate in release management, deployment, and operational support activities.
Skills Required:
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and ITSM implementations.
- Expertise in CMDB, Service Catalog, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Scheduled Jobs.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow platform administration and customization.
- Familiarity with ITOM, HRSD, and CMDB/CSDM concepts is an added advantage.
- Experience supporting ServiceNow testing, upgrades, cloning, and platform maintenance.
- ServiceNow certifications are preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
