ServiceNow (ITOM)- Must Haves
- Strong practical and theoretical knowledge of ITOM (Visibility, Health, Event Management), HAM, and SAM
- 5+ years of professional experience and proven success as a ServiceNow Application Specialist / Developer.
- Proven experience in Event Management implementation projects
- Solid experience with CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping concepts
- Sound knowledge of JavaScript development, with a focus on object-oriented programming and a solid understanding of class structures, class inheritance, and software design principles.
- In-depth knowledge of troubleshooting, performance optimization, and root cause analysis.
- Solid experience in designing and implementing integrations (REST/SOAP/PowerShell).
- Proven in-depth experience in managing ServiceNow implementation projects and integrating external systems using various integration technologies.
- Experience working in agile structures and implementing agile and hybrid projects, complemented by strong teamwork skills and goal orientation.
- Basic knowledge of AI technologies and their practical application.
- Basic understanding of AI ServiceNow platform capabilities (NowAssist).
- Experience as a full-stack developer is helpful but not required.
- ITIL Foundation level and project management certification are advantageous.

- AIOps and observability tools experience
- Knowledge of data-driven architecture
