Job Title - Senior Functional Tester
Job Summary
Responsible for planning and executing functional, system, and regression testing to ensure software quality. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to validate business and customer workflows, identify defects, and support timely releases. Contributes to test design, review of requirements, and mentoring junior testers.

Key Responsibilities
- 6-8 Years experience in the software industry with experience in testing.
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Identify, document, and manage software defects and issues, working closely with development teams to prioritize and resolve them.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure ongoing software stability.
- Stay current with industry best practices, emerging testing trends, and tools.
- Continuously improve and optimize test processes to enhance software quality.
Qualifications
- bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software testing, and quality assurance.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in testing tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Preferred Qualifications
- ISTQB or other relevant certifications.
- Experience in the healthcare domain.
- Knowledge on test automation, performance and load testing.
