Job Overview:
As a Technical Lead HL7, you will be part of an Agile team focused on developing and enhancing healthcare applications while adhering to industry best practices. This role involves designing and implementing HL7 interfaces, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless data exchange in healthcare workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new HL7 interfaces based on specifications.
- Enhance and maintain existing interfaces as per business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve interface-related issues efficiently.
- Perform unit testing to ensure high-quality development.
- Monitor and support production-deployed interfaces for stability and performance.
- Collaborate within an Agile team to ensure seamless integration and continuous improvement.
- Work night shifts (6 PM 3 AM IST) to align with US healthcare workflows.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:
- Engineering Degree (BE/BTech/BCS) or equivalent.
- Strong HL7 knowledge with hands-on experience.
- Proficiency with at least one HL7 interface engine (Mirth, Ensemble, Cloverleaf, Rhapsody, etc.).
- US Healthcare workflow experience.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with clients.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with FHIR and CCDA standards.
- Ability to gather and document business requirements effectively.
- Technical certifications in multiple relevant technologies (preferred).
