Job Description :

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in backend systems and AI-driven application development. The role involves designing scalable microservices, building AI-powered agents using LLM frameworks, and developing real-time, data-intensive systems including voice and streaming architectures. The ideal candidate should have strong Python expertise along with experience in distributed systems, vector databases, and cloud-native platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Design and develop scalable backend services using Python
2. Build microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven distributed systems
3. Develop AI-powered agents using LLMs and multi-agent frameworks
4. Work on real-time voice systems using STT/TTS and streaming architectures
5. Integrate vector databases, APIs, and RAG-based AI systems

Required Skills :

1. Strong proficiency in Python and backend development
2. Experience in microservices and distributed systems architecture
3. Hands-on experience with LLMs, agent frameworks, and AI systems
4. Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and RAG pipelines
5. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

Preferred Qualification :

1. Experience building AI copilots or multi-modal systems
2. Exposure to real-time voice systems (STT/TTS) and streaming architectures
3. Familiarity with MCP or similar AI orchestration frameworks
4. Experience in scalable system design and performance optimization
5. Strong mentoring and team collaboration experience
