We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer Salesforce with hands-on experience in Salesforce development, customization, and integration. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce configuration, along with the ability to design scalable and robust business solutions.

Responsibilities :

• Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, and Visualforce pages to meet business requirements.
• Design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code following best practices.
• Write and maintain test classes with 80%+ code coverage.
• Perform configuration and customization of the Salesforce.com platform.
• Participate in developing and executing testing, training, and documentation.
• Debug issues, identify root causes, and ensure alignment with requirements.
• Take ownership of projects and build strong client relationships.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality code and adhere to SDLC standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through timely support and quality delivery.

Requirements :

• 45+ years of hands-on Salesforce Development experience.
• Strong experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Aura Components, Visualforce, and REST/SOAP API Integrations.
• Experience developing on both Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experience.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, design patterns, and development best practices.
• Experience with integration platforms and Salesforce API usage.
• Expertise in Salesforce administrative tasks:
• User Roles & Security
• Page Layouts
• Workflows & Process Builder
• Reports & Dashboards
• Tasks & Events
• Experience with various Salesforce implementations across at least one cloud:
• Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, Einstein Analytics, AppExchange
• Strong knowledge of data structures and experience in data migration using Import Wizard, Workbench, and Data Loader.
• Understanding of full application lifecycle, from design to deployment and maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Salesforce Certifications or Trailheads are an added advantage.
• Familiarity with web technologies & frameworks used in Salesforce ecosystem.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployment.
• Knowledge of asynchronous Apex (Batch, Schedulable, Queueable, Future methods).
• Experience with version control tools like Git.
