We are looking for a talented Senior Software Engineer specializing in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to join our collaborative team. This role requires a highly-skilled professional with proven expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining marketing campaigns while supporting brands and regional markets in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop CDP segmentation and Journey Builder configurations
- Manage scheduling and execution for marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools
- Support Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities, including Email Studio, Web Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, Content Builder, and Contact Builder
- Build and support Interaction Studio solutions for up to 3 BMS brands, with scalability for additional requests
- Provide direct interaction and support for brands and markets
- Collaborate with teams to implement a 24/7 campaign support model across geographies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline
- 5-8 years of general IT experience
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, particularly with Journey Builder or similar platforms; knowledge of SQL is essential
- Background in email and web/online marketing with 3-4 years of hands-on experience
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication capabilities, with ability to work in teams
- English level of minimum B2 (Upper-Intermediate) for effective communication

- Proficiency in HTML coding for marketing applications
- Understanding of social media marketing and SMS marketing strategies
- Flexibility to use search engine marketing tools effectively
- Competency in display media strategies for advertising
- Knowledge of front-end development and email development technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for creating user interfaces
