About the role

As a Senior Software Engineer on our Salesforce team, you will design, build and administer Salesforce solutions for enterprise clients, working hands-on every day. You will cover the full platform, from Apex and Lightning Web Components to configuration and integration, and bring AI agents into the Salesforce products our clients run on.

Key responsibilities

• Development. Build with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL and Flows, including triggers, batch and scheduled jobs.
• Administration. Configure the data model, security model and automation: objects, fields, layouts, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, validation rules and reports.
• Integration. Connect Salesforce with external systems through REST and SOAP APIs, platform events and middleware.
• AI on Salesforce. Build agentic and AI features on the platform, including Agentforce and LLM integrations.
• Solution design. Turn requirements into the right balance of configuration and code.
• Deployment and quality. Test classes, code coverage and clean deployments across environments.

What you bring

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration
• Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL and Flows
• Salesforce administration across the data model, security model and automation
• Integrations built using REST or SOAP APIs
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Experience Cloud

Preferred qualifications

• Salesforce certifications, such as Platform Developer I or II, or Administrator
• Agentforce or Einstein AI experience
• Salesforce DX, DevOps Center or CI/CD for Salesforce
• Python or React
• Experience in both startup and large-organisation environments
• Daily use of AI engineering tools such as Claude, Cursor or Copilot
