Designation : Senior Software Engineer (RPA)
Experience Range : 3+ years
What is the work
- Analyze business processes and identify viable automation opportunities.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA workflows using tools like UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into automation solutions.
- Perform debugging and resolve issues related to workflows, integrations, and performance.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation including PDD, SDD, and deployment documents.
- Optimize and enhance existing bots for improved performance and reliability.
- Monitor bots in production and provide timely support for incident resolution.
- Ensure automations follow coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
- Participate in process improvement discussions and contribute ideas for automation strategy.
What skills and experience are we looking for
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in RPA development.
- Proficiency in at least one major RPA tool: UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism (certification preferred).
- Strong understanding of workflows, business process mapping, and exception handling.
- Knowledge of SQL queries, REST APIs, and data manipulation techniques.
- Good understanding of programming concepts (experience in C#, .NET, Python, or VB is a plus).
- Familiarity with Git, SVN, or similar version control systems.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
