The candidate should have experience in building scalable, user-focused features and maintaining high-performance platforms. They must also be proficient with Sidekiq, RSpec, Jest, Git, Docker, and modern CI/CD tools. They should bring strong problem-solving skills, write clean, reliable code, and thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
